1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
2. Bake the piecrust for 15 minutes.
3. Cook the onions in the butter and olive oil over medium heat until they’re limp. Place in the bottom of the partly cooked piecrust.
4. Beat or whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Shred and add the cheese. Now add the cream, half of the dill, and the nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Pour onto the onions in the crust.
5. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes. Sprinkle on the remaining dill when serving.
